Sungok “Reina” Park, the School of Teaching and Learning, published a research paper entitled “Developing preservice teachers’ sensitivity and confidence: a service-learning experience at a homeless shelter” in the Journal of Early Childhood Teacher Education (Volume 40, 2019). This article discusses how MSUM early childhood preservice teachers developed sensitivity toward and confidence in working with children who are homeless through a service learning project in Moorhead community.
