Boyd Bradbury, Erin Gillett, Marci Glessner, Kathrina O’Connell (Educational Leadership doctoral student), and Ximena Suarez-Sousa presented at the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú (UTP) in Lima, Peru on March 7, 2019. The presentation introduced the audience to the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and to the process of developing local academic norms for the formative assessments measuring the basic early literacy skills of children learning to read in Spanish.
