Call for sewers – Artists seek sewers for paid opportunity

Do you sew? Are you concerned about climate change or labor justice? Join us for a paid opportunity! Minneapolis-based artists Rachel Breen and Nickey Robare will be visiting MSUM’s campus for Women’s History Month. They seek 8 sewers to take part in their installation, “Behind the Seams,” on garment factories. Sewers will be paid $15/hour during the installation on Monday, March 26 from 11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Open to all students, faculty or staff, and community members.
