Office of Undergraduate Admissions welcomes Mai See Yang as admissions representative
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is pleased to announce the appointment of Mai See Yang to the role of Twin Cities-based Admissions Representative, effective February 26.
Mai See will be an excellent addition to the admissions team. She brings work experience that is directly related to the role she will be fulfilling. Currently she is a Twin Cities-based Admissions Officer for Minnesota State University Mankato, a position she’s held for nearly two recruitment cycles. Prior to that she served as a Recruitment and Retention Advisor at MSU Mankato in their department of Institutional Diversity. She has had several years of experience working with students in high schools and middle schools through roles that include a GEARUP Site Coordinator at Minneapolis Public Schools, an Outreach Program Facilitator at the Annex Teen Clinic, a Community Partnership Specialist for the Girl Scouts, and an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow.
In her role as an Admissions Representative, Mai See will work with prospective students, their families, and high school counselors and educators in her assigned territory of the western side of the Twin Cities metro area and southern Minnesota. She will be based out of North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park.
