Adobe applications license expires Nov. 30 on MSUM Mac laptops and Mac desktops
For those of you running Adobe products on your MSUM Mac laptop or desktop, you may have noticed a notification that the license will expire. Some of you have already notified the Helpdesk of the expiring license which we may have already taken care of. For those that still need the license updated, we ask that you bring your Mac laptop to the MSUM Helpdesk for a quick renewal update. We are located on the first floor of the library. For those that have a iMac or Desktop, we ask that you contact the Helpdesk by emailing support@mnstate.edu or calling them at 218.477.2603 to setup a scheduled time for your update.
Can I tell if my license is going to expire? The Adobe products do a periodic check on the license and will only create a popup if the license expiration is nearing its end. If in doubt, we request you get your update performed to ensure the continued use of the products.
I have a Windows laptop, do I need an update license? The IT department was able to push the license through our management utilities to update the Windows computers remotely.
I know my Adobe installation is an older version, can I get the new version? We can get you setup with the new license and also show you the self-service application that will allow you to update your version now and in the future.
What if I have questions?
