Gallery talk: Celia Gray

Visiting artist Celia Gray, whose work is featured in the current exhibition “All In” will give a gallery talk Thursday, Oct. 12, at 10 a.m.  in CA 155. Gray will discuss her artwork and the processes she uses to create her large-scale abstract textile pieces. Her exhibit closes the same day, so don’t miss this chance to see Gray’s work and meet her! Gray received a BA in Sculpture and an MFA in Painting. She spent two years as a Core Fellow at Penland School of Craft where she studied textiles, printmaking, metalsmithing, blacksmithing, and more. The Thursday talk is free and open to the public.
