Female Surgeons: Double X’s and Double Standards with Dr. Mallen

Join us in the Women’s Center (BR 154) on Tuesday, Sept. 5 from 3-4 p.m. for a talk by Dr. Adrianne Racek Mallen, OB/GYN, about navigating the male-dominated field of medicine and surgical training as a woman. Dr. Mallen is currently a Fellow in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of South Florida’s Moffitt Cancer Center. A graduate of South High School in Fargo, she completed her M.D. at UND and her residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Mallen’s talk will be followed by a Q & A.
