‘Crafted: A Romance With Beer’ to air on Prairie Public Television

The MSUM School of Communication and Journalism is proud to announce its Broadcast Documentary class will have “Crafted: A Romance With Beer,” airing on Prairie Public Television. The student produced show will be seen Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m., Central Time. The documentary will reach an audience across North Dakota and parts of Minnesota, South Dakota and Manitoba. “Crafted” follows the explosion of the craft beer phenomenon. The students shot stories covering all aspects of this experience. They talked to those who grow the hops, make the beer, recycle the byproduct and feed it to cows, and those who drink and celebrate the popularity of craft beer. (Even those who attend Sunday night church at a Moorhead brewery.)
