Kyja K-Nelson Named Television Academy Foundation Faculty Fellow

The Television Academy Foundation named Kyja K-Nelson, School of Media Arts & Design, one of the 2016 Faculty Fellows. Twenty-five professors from colleges and universities nationwide were selected by Television Academy members to participate in a week-long seminar to learn from the industry’s top professionals. 

K-Nelson will be in Los Angles for the fellowship from November 7-11, during which time she will meet with experts across the industry from major broadcast networks, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and CW, and participate in workshops, studio visits, and panel discussions. The Faculty Seminar aims to connect the classroom to the entertainment and television industries.
