Monday, November 14, 2016
12:00 PM Ojibwe Language Table (American Indian Center, CMU 115)
This will be a fun and informal opportunity to learn and practice the Ojibwe language with Robert Tibbetts, White Earth Nation. All levels of comprehension are welcome and weekly participation is not required.

6:00 PM Sweat Lodge Ceremony (next to Sustainability House, 9th Ave. S & 11th Street S.)
Laidman “JR” Fox, Spirit Lake Nation Spiritual Advisor, will run traditional ceremony in the Sweatlodge. Students, staff and faculty are welcome to participate. Appropriate apparel for men is basketball style shorts, for women a long cotton skirt and loose fitting t-shirt is appropriate. Come prepared with a towel and water a bottle of water.
