WALKtober Challenge
Get your “WALK ON” with the WALKtober challenge sponsored by the Hendrix Wellness Educators during the month of October. Challenge begins Oct. 3.
Walking 10,000 steps a day will burn approximately an extra 2,700 calories per week. Walking helps achieve good health and weight loss.
- All students, faculty and staff are eligible to participate.
- Individuals who walk 10,000+ steps 4 times each week will be entered in weekly prize drawings. The individuals who met the requirements for all of the weeks will be entered in a grand prize drawing.

- Sign up at the Hendrix Clinic during the week of Sept. 26-30 and receive your free pedometer (while supplies last) and log in sheets.
