Faculty Association Recognizes Enrollment Efforts
At the Thursday, Sept. 1 Meet and Confer meeting of the Minnesota State University Moorhead Faculty Association (FA) and university administration, FA President Magda Chalikia signed a resolution passed unanimously by the Senate recognizing the offices and individuals involved in recruiting this Fall’s class.
Official enrollment numbers are determined after the thirtieth day of class, but unofficial ninth day numbers show increases in new entering freshmen, international and graduate students with total headcount of 5,881 being about the same as last year, despite early predictions a year ago that had shown an expected downturn.
