Faculty Development Center ‘Communities of Practice’ Organizational Session
Friday, Aug. 26 | 1-2:30 p.m. | Faculty Development Center
Come learn about (and sign up to participate in) the Communities of Practice that are being organized through the Faculty Development Center this semester.
Communities of Practice are groups of faculty who share a passion for and commitment to a particular aspect of their professional practice. These groups will meet together regularly (at least once a month) to learn from and encourage one another.
A delicious soup and other snacks will be provided.
Some potential topics for communities of practice are listed below (feel free to suggest other ideas!). If you are interested in participating in (or co-leading) a group but are unable to join us on Friday, please email facdev@mnstate.edu and let us know which group(s) or topic(s) you are interested in.
