New Course in Cultural Management
History 226 – Introduction to Cultural Management is a new course aimed at students who have declared or are considering a major in the arts, humanities, or social sciences. It is designed to explore career possibilities in museums and similar nonprofit agencies, as well as in consulting and tourism. Area professionals will talk about what they do, and readings and projects will look at the skills and challenges involved in communicating with the public.
