Annual Student Organization Registration form due tomorrow

Student Organization Officers! As a reminder, the yellow Annual Student Organization Registration form that was handed out at the Officer Meetings two weeks ago is due to the Office of Student Activities by 4:30pm on Wednesday, September 23. This form requires your officers and advisor(s) signatures. Failing to turn in the completed form will result in loss of recognition status. Please contact Steve Fox (fox@mnstate.edu) to request an extension to this deadline if needed and please give an explanation in your request.
