Meet Dani: ’15-’16 Homecoming Coordinator
The Student Union and Activities is excited to welcome Daniela (Dani) Kossowski to our staff! Dani will be serving as one of the 2015-2016 Homecoming Coordinators and is “super excited to see the new Dragons and alumni enjoying fun games and activities.” She is also looking forward to working with the other coordinators on the Homecoming team and knows that it’s going to be an awesome year!
A double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice, Dani is originally from Margarita Island, Venezuela. Bilingual in both Spanish and English, Dani shared with us that she once spent one whole day trying to pronounce the word “sausage” correctly. Hopefully, her position as a Homecoming Coordinator won’t require her to use that word too often….
We are super stoked to have Dani join us this year! We look forward to sharing our Dragon Pride just as much as she does when she welcomes the new international students each year. She is always talking about how cool it is to be a Dragon and we know that she will continue to do so in her new role!
