Planetarium and PBS draw record crowds to campus for The Stars of PBS event

Approximately 450 people attended the special planetarium event on Sunday, February 22 from 1-5pm. Bridges was abuzz with children and parents out braving the cold for a chance to meet Daniel Tiger and learn about the sky. The planetarium alternated between showing One World, One Sky- Big bird’s Adventure and The Sky Above Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, two newer fulldome shows the planetarium features. PBS was on hand with activities, including an ipad lab, fun family resources AND Daniel Tiger! Kids got to meet and take pictures with him all day.
