Spotlight on Service-Learning – Keri DeSutter
This is the second of what have become monthly segments entitled Spotlight on Service-Learning. Each monthly Spotlight highlights the endeavors of one of the many MSUM service-learning practitioners. This Month’s Spotlight on Service-Learning recognizes Keri DeSutter. Keri was recently interviewed regarding her service-learning work. DeSutter is a professor in the School of Teaching and Learning: Special Education department here at MSUM. Keri has incorporated service-learning into her SPED 225: Individuals with Exceptionalities and SPED 402: Characteristics: Mild Disabilities courses for over 7 years.
