College for Kids is seeking proposals for new course ideas for Summer 2015

College for Kids is looking to expand class selections for participants, and get more MSUM students involved as Instructors or Assistants. This past summer CFK offered a record 50 courses, with full sets of morning and afternoon courses which were integral in helping hit a record enrollment of 623 students!! College for Kids wants to offer a larger variety of courses in Summer 2015 and is looking to you for help.

This past summer more MSUM students participated as Instructors and Assistants for CFK courses – gaining priceless experience before going out into the job market or onto graduate school. CFK is always looking to add new, exciting course ideas – so feel free to propose an idea!! CFK looks forward to fostering this partnership with students and faculty on campus to ensure College for Kids is beneficial for the University and participants.

Shireen Alemadi, CFK Director is available to meet with faculty members and upper level students to discuss collaborations with College for Kids. By working together we can make this program even stronger and provide more professional development opportunities for students. Also, participating in College for Kids will allow departments to promote to the K-12 students the benefits of coming to MSUM – and in return creating a strong relationship with the community.
