Beginning March 1, 2014 catering will now be online. Below is a letter outlining the implementation of Catertrax along with a training date. For any additional information please call the Sodexo office at x2836 or x2852.

Greetings Loyal Customers,

We are sending this letter to inform you of a new system we are implementing for all catering customers. It is called Catertrax and is designed to improve the ordering process and steam-line our current billing system. It will add convenience and allow you to control your catering requests. Billing will be simplified and smooth and prevent delayed billing as all information is required to complete the order. This system is on-line and will directly link to the Flavours catering menu for easy choices and pricing information.

To begin this process, follow the link and set up your account by clicking the “Create an Account” link in the Customer Login Box. You can then fill in the order and send it directly to me for confirmation and approval. Setting up an account is easy, but if you have difficulty, we are here to help guide you through the process. Catertrax can gladly send a tutorial link as well to assist you with your account set up. Please let us know if you are interested in the link and we can arrange that to be sent to you. Our goal is to have this system up and running by March 1, 2014. We will of course work with you within this timeframe to ensure you are set up and ready to go at this time.

This system has many features you will find beneficial such as stream-lined ordering and billing, the ability to save and review your order history, place recurring orders and favorites without re-keying orders and provides documentation for every step of the process. It will allow us the ability to maintain accurate order histories and follow orders much easier. Our goal at Sodexo/MSUM Catering is to provide our customers with exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We hope that this system improves our overall service and ability to meet your catering needs. We appreciate your business and always look forward to catering your next event. Enclosed you will find a letter describing an online quick 20 minute training on the site. If you would like to go through that training you will need to register.

Below is the link to register for the GoToTraining Customer Roll Out Training. All that is needed is a phone and internet access. You are not required to do this, it is just very helpful to get familiar with the site and a walk through on how to set up an account and make orders. The training will take about 20 minutes.
