Wellness Center upcoming October events

Charity Dodge Ball- Thursday, Oct. 24, Balls for Bras 7 p.m., guys and gals must wear a bra to participate.

Body Pump Launch Party- Saturday, Oct. 26 at 1 p.m. New music and giveaways.

Halloween Party at the Wellness Center
6 p.m.- GLOW-KICK- welcome back turbo kick for a night of black lights, glow sticks punches and kicks.

7 p.m. Thriller Dance Lessons- Followed by caramel or peanut butter apples.
