Trio Elan performs March 23

Trio Elan—featuring MSUM pianist Terrie Manno with Douglas Monroe, clarinet,
and Jane Capistran, violin—will present its inaugural recital on Wednesday,
March 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Beckwith Recital Hall at NDSU. It’s free and open to the public.

Trio Elan is a new chamber ensemble representing a collaboration between music
faculty from MSUM, NDSU and Concordia. The Trio aims to present a unique
repertoire, ranging from classics to contemporary works, to the FM community and
beyond. Their first program features works by W.A. Mozart, Darius Milhaud and
Peter Sculthorpe.
