Who: MSUM Instructors — either new or currently using Moodle
What: “Getting Started with Moodle” Workshop
When: Wed, January 5, 9:00 am-12:00 noon, Library 222
Summary: Join us for a three-hour, hands-on session for instructors who are planning to, or are just starting to, use Moodle. The workshop will cover the following topics:
• Requesting a course shell
• Main course settings
• Add links to files and websites
• Adding and using Drop Boxes (Assignments)
• Adding and using Discussions (Forums)
• Basic grade book set-up.
The last hour will be a work/Q&A time. Instructors already using Moodle who are comfortable with the items above are welcome to join us for the last hour.
