February is Fitness FEVER month

Join BOOT CAMP with Casey Tuesdays and Thursdays in February ONLY 8-9 pm on the basketball court area. A great workout to get the intense workout and spring break body ready!

* February 2-4: FREE fitness testing from 7-9 pm by our personal training staff   (blood pressure check, body composition, flexibility sit-n-reach, push ups and sit ups)

* Monday Nightly topics by personal trainers: Feb. 8, 15 and 22

* February 22-25: FREE fitness testing from 7-9 pm by our personal training staff

Staff and faculty come walk the track for FREE the month of February from 11 am-1 pm.
