Spring “Poker” Walk for Winners
Twenty-seven (27) MSUM employees participated in the Spring “Poker” Walk for Fitness on Thursday, April 30.
Deona Grondahl, Information Technology, claimed 1st prize (MSUM Sweatshirt) with 4 of a kind: Queens; Karen Branden, Sociology, claimed 2nd prize (MSUM Alumni Foundation Tote Bag) with 4 of a kind – Jacks (natural); and Diane Copple, STL, claimed 3rd prize (MSUM T-shirt) with 4 of a kind – Jacks (using 1 joker).
Greg Toutges, Disability Services, won a MSUM Sweatshirt – donated by the Bookstore.
Other door prize drawings were: American Tourister Tote: Barb Seiler, Affirmative Action; MSUM Basketball T-shirt: Larry Scott, Athletics; MSUM T-shirt: Curt Erber, Information Technology; Dragon Athletics T-shirt: Linda Motzko, Office of the College of Arts & Humanities; MSUM Water bottle: Jenny Jensen, Library; MSUM mousepad: JoAnn Berg, Financial Aid; and 10-in-1 Ratcheting Screwdriver: Sumi Lehman, Financial Aid. Other hands submitted included: 2 – 4 of a kind hands; 7- Fullhouse hands; 1 – Flush hand; 0- Straight hands; 2- 3 of a kind hands; 6 – 2 pair hands; 6 – 1 pair hands; and the remainder were high card hands.
