The City of Moorhead’s snow removal declaration is in effect around the MSUM campus from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 21 and 22. On Thursday, February 21, no parking 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in front of buildings with EVEN address numbers (north & east sides of roads).
