Stanford University to Recruit MSUM Students

Monday, Nov. 21 | 4-8 p.m. | CMU 205 Recruiters from Stanford University will be on MSUM campus Monday, Nov. 21 from 4-8 p.m. in CMU 205. A world-wide reputation for excellence in research and teaching, forty engineering research centers, eight departments, and excellent facilities sustain the School of Engineering’s graduate programs. 

Alumnus Wins Prestigious Poster Competition

Tim Abate ’15 (physics), who is will be starting his Ph.D. at Stanford University this fall, won a prestigious competition this summer. He was at Los Alamos National Labs doing a summer internship in materials science. Abate won their poster competition in the category of materials science. There were a total of 500 entries across all categories of the competition.
