Tack publishes article for second time in “The Voice”

Dr. David Tack, School of Teaching & Learning, published an article in “The Voice,” a publication of The National Association of Sports Public Address Announcers. The April edition features his article “Two ‘Wrongs’ Are More Than Alright: Using and Stealing Cheat Sheets.” This is Tack’s second contribution in four months to this publication.

Tack publishes chapter

Dr. David Tack, School of Teaching & Learning, published a chapter “Using Visualization and Deep Breathing” in the upcoming book Educational Psychology Reader: The Art and Science of How People Learn (Peter Lang). This chapter draws upon Tack’s research on strategies for alleviating school-related distress in high school students.

STL faculty publish article

Drs. Steve Grineski and Ok-Hee Lee, School of Teaching and Learning, have published an article entitled, “Looking Past the School Door: Children and Economic Justice.” Their article appears in the book, “The Poverty and Education Reader: A Call for Equity in Many Voices” edited by Paul Gorski and Julie Landsman.
