There will be no ticketing in General lots during spring break (March 17 through March 21). Enforcement of Metered and Reserved Lots will carry on as usual, as posted by the signs at each lot entrance. Please call the Parking Office at 218.477.2675 with any questions.
Sign up for snow removal alerts at www.cityofmoorhead.com/snowdistrict. The City of Moorhead has modified its Snow Removal Declaration procedures. Now when a Snow Removal Declaration is issued, continue to follow the City’s year-round No Parking signs posted on streets and avenues throughout the Blue Snow District. During a Snow Removal Declaration, the penalty for a parking violation is towing.
Parking reminder for the holiday break. On Wednesday, Nov. 27 parking will be enforced in the Reserved (R) and Metered (M) lots from 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m. On Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 parking in the lots will not be enforced. We always enforce fire lanes, handicapped spaces, sidewalk and grass parking.
On Monday, Nov. 18 from 12 – 1 p.m. the MSUM Public Safety Department will begin the first of their monthly Live Chats. This month’s topic of discussion with Sgt. The Parking and Keys office is undergoing a change. KC Clark resigned her post in the office to become a full-time student.
