Two MSUM School of Teaching and Learning students, Kayla Vandenheuval and Kristen Fildes, testified before the Minnesota House Education Policy Committee. The correct information is that individuals will not need a parking permit in General lots. Parking regulations will be enforced in Reserved and Metered lots.
