MOORHEAD, Minn. – Thursday, May 27, marks the first day of the NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships, where eight Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragons will be competing on the national stage. The event runs through Saturday.

n 2008, Menahga native Nate Hendrickson became one of the youngest inductees to the Dragon Athletics Hall of Fame at MSU Moorhead. His college wrestling accomplishments will soon be recognized again, when he is inducted into the NCAA Division II Wrestling Hall of Fame. Hendrickson was a junior at MSUM in 1997, when he won a Division II national title in the 167-pound weight class. He was undefeated that year at 33-0 and was named the NCAA Division II Wrestler of the Year. Click headline to read more.
