Women’s and Gender Studies student speaks at Colloquium Series

Katie Kottenbrock, MSUM Women’s and Gender Studies major, speaks at the first Women’s and Gender Studies Colloquium Series event of the semester. Kottenbrock’s presentation is titled: “The Many Facets of Gender-based Violence: my work with the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless.” The event is set for Friday, Feb. 1 at 11:30 a.m. in the Women’s Center, Bridges 154. 

Professor and student participated in Northwest Women’s Economic Equality Summit

Kandace Creel Falcón, Assistant Professor in Women’s and Gender Studies, and Kathryn Kottenbrock, Women’s and Gender Studies major, took part in the Northwest Women’s Economic Equality Summit on September 12, 2012.
