College for Kids has scholarships available! Register your kids for classes at www.mnstate.edu/collegeforkids. The Lake Region Arts Council and the Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation provided grant money to go towards scholarships for children to take College for Kids classes. Session themes include various art topics and techniques, crafts, fitness and sports, nature, science and technology, and space exploration.

MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Minnesota State University Moorhead Athletics Department announced Thursday that the 6th annual Dragon Fire Walk for Athletics is scheduled for April 15-16, 2011.
The annual event will again benefit the Dragon Athletics scholarships general fund. This two-day event has become a feature celebration for friends, supporters and alumni of MSUM.
The “Out of the Darkness” Community Walk is Sunday September 26 at Lindenwood Park in Fargo. This is a benefit for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and our North Dakota Chapter. Visit www.outofthedarkness.org to register!
