On Thursday, April 3, SCEC (Student Council for Exceptional Children) is having a free movie showing of “Front of the Class.” The movie will be in Langseth 104 (Science Lab Auditorium) at 7 p.m. All are welcome to come enjoy the movie!
CADT Visiting Artist, Bill Zarchy, will hold a workshop in Cinematography and Lighting for Film and Video, Tuesday, April 1, 6-9 p.m, King Hall. Zarchy is a professional Director of Photography who has traveled worldwide to shoot material for commercial clients, independent features, and musicians. He is based in San Francisco. This event is free and refreshments will be served.
Katherine Johanson, a junior majoring in Gerontology and Psychology, has been awarded the Gerald Bloedow Scholarship from the Minnesota Gerontological Society. The 13th Annual Gerontology Colloquium will take place Wednesday, April 9, from 4:30 – 6 p.m. in Lommen 102.
