Recent Publication to the Journal of Gerontological Nursing

Erica Evans, Associate Professor in the School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership, recently co-authored an article in the Journal of Gerontological Nursing entitled “Educating Certified Nursing Assistants to Communicate Skin Changes to Reduce Pressure Injuries”. The research was completed in collaboration with a doctoral student and faculty member at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Jill Holmstrom Awarded Nurse Educator Award

Dr. Jill Holmstrom, Associate Professor in the School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership, was recently awarded the Nurse Educator in Higher Education: Innovation Award from the Nurse Educator in the Rockies Conference. MSU Moorhead’s first BSN Nursing cohort completes second semester in new Essentia Health Center for Nursing
