Minnesota State University Moorhead President Anne Blackhurst has named Brenda Amenson-Hill as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. Since 1998, Amenson-Hill has served in several capacities at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, currently as the Dean of Students.
