Honors Program students presented at National Collegiate Honors Conference in Chicago November 14

Sam Szczesny (Graphic Com) and Stefan Nelson (Math), along with Director Lisa Nawrot, also attended sessions on a variety of topics including assessment, retention, community building, pedagogy, peer tutoring, undergraduate research, FYE, and fundraising. The students particularly enjoyed the conference plenary speaker Emerson Spartz, the CEO of Chicago-based Spartz Media and the founder of MuggleNet, a Harry Potter fansite.
