Dr. Claudia Gates presented the contents of her presentation titled “College Students as Critical Readers: Developing New Strategies for Reading Digital Texts” at the OCTELA conference in Ohio. Teachers learned how to combine comprehension strategies with digital text to encourage critical reading in the classroom.
