Dr. Boyd Bradbury, School of Teaching & Learning, earned Quality Matters Certification for his online course: ED 701 Introduction to Advanced Scholarship and Leadership. This is Dr. Bradbury’s seventh course to earn QM Certification. QM reviews are a rigorous peer review process, recognized at both the state and national levels. Alumni, current students, faculty members, and guests of the MSUM Economics program were among the fifty people gathered in the Twin Cities on April 27, 2017. Economics alumnus David Slovick hosted current students and faculty members at Allina Health in Minneapolis, a not-for-profit health care organization that operates over 90 clinics and 12 hospitals in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
On Thursday, May 4, the faculty in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice inducted nine students into one of three national honor societies. The faculty also announced the winners of the department’s annual awards.
