By: Forum staff reports, INFORUM MOORHEAD – Longtime Minnesota State Moorhead cross country coach Fred Dahnke is among eight who will be inducted into the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Hall of Fame on Wednesday in St. Cloud, Minn. Dahnke, who lives in Barnesville, Minn., ran track at MSUM before graduating in 1971.
Sociology and political science student, Tyler C. Anderson, senior, and Dr. Lee Garth Vigilant, Sociology & Criminal Justice, presented a paper at the 18th Annual Qualitative Research Conference at the University of St. Thomas on June 15. “Heretics,” a full-length play by Richard Zinober, English, was given a developmental workshop by the Horse Trade Theatre Group in New York City this spring. An individual artist grant from the Lake Region Arts Council in Fergus Falls and an MSUM faculty grant helped fund the project. Zinober teaches playwriting and screenwriting at MSUM.
