Tack publishes article for second time in “The Voice”

Dr. David Tack, School of Teaching & Learning, published an article in “The Voice,” a publication of The National Association of Sports Public Address Announcers. The April edition features his article “Two ‘Wrongs’ Are More Than Alright: Using and Stealing Cheat Sheets.” This is Tack’s second contribution in four months to this publication.

Suarez-Sousa and Bradbury presented at the American Educational Research Association

Ximena Suarez-Sousa, Assistant Professor in the School of Teaching and Learning, and Boyd Bradbury, Interim Dean of the College of Education and Human Services, presented at the American Educational Research Association Annual Meeting in Philadelphia last week. The presentation was entitled “The Impact of Testing Variables on Math Performance among Native American Students from the White Earth Indian Reservation.”

Anthropology and Earth Science research group visited Meskwaki Indian Settlement during spring break

During Spring Break, Dr. Erik Gooding, Anthropology and Earth Science, led his Meskwaki Ethnohistory Research Group to the Meskwaki Indian Settlement in East Central Iowa for four days of cultural and linguistic presentations.
