Sara Schultz was studying the stars long before she was hired as an instructor and planetarium coordinator at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
The Minnesota State University Moorhead Planetarium has announced two shows that will be taking place during the months of January and February.
Season of Light explores the reasons humans are so fascinated with lighting up our lives during the December holiday season. It’s an exploration of the astronomical meanings behind seasonal traditions, including the “Star over Bethlehem.” December 4-22: Thursdays at 7 p.m.; Saturdays at 7 p.m.; Sundays at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.; and Mondays at 7 p.m. MSUM Planetarium-Bridges 167 mnstate.edu/planetarium
