Public astronomy night

There will be a public astronomy night on Fri, Sep 10 at 8PM at the MSUM Regional Science Center. It is jointly hosted by the Fargo-Moorhead Astronomy Club, the Department of Physics and Astronomy, the MSUM Planetarium and the MSUM Regional Science Center. Asteroid named for former MSUM Physics Professor Walter Worman

The International Astronomical Union announced this past summer that an asteroid has been named for Dr. Walter Worman, Professor Emeritus in the Department in Physics and Astronomy.
