The Library will be closed for the semester break from Saturday, December 19, through Sunday, January 3, 2010. The Library will re-open on Monday, January 4, 2010.. Interlibrary loan service will not be available during the semester break beginning at noon on Friday, December 18 through Sunday, January 4. Click headline for details.
If you are a faculty member who has previously had materials on the library’s electronic reserves system and would like to activate your reserve readings for spring semester, contact Jenny Jensen (jensnjen@mnstate.edu or 477-2342) in the library. She will send you a paper copy of the materials you have had on electronic reserves and we will be able to re-activate those materials for spring. Additional materials may be submitted using the electronic submission form. Click headline for details.
On Wednesday, Nov. 4 and Thursday, Nov. 5, the Library will be selling children’s picture books appropriate for preschoolers through 6th graders. All books were published in 2008 and are in excellent condition. The sale will be held in the Library Circulation lobby from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Books will be bargained price at $6.00 each or two for $10.00. Proceeds from the sale will help support the Library’s Comstock Reading Aloud Initiative. For further information, contact Korella Selzler (selzler@mnstate.edu).
