Information Technology will be applying server updates Tuesday, August 14 from 11 p.m.– 3 a.m. Wednesday morning. Due to the volume of updates, they’ve moved the usual update window from 5–7 a.m. Wednesday to Tuesday night. There might be slight interruption in services during the updates. The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) won two awards, the Desire2EXCEL Impact award and the Desire2EXCEL Collaboration award, at the Desire2Learn’s Annual International Users Conference (Fusion 2012) in San Diego, California.
On Friday, December 30th, between midnight and 6:00 a.m., access to the university email system will be intermittent as we perform system maintenance. Student email will be unaffected. Contact the IT HelpDesk at 218-477-2603 with questions or concerns.
Microsoft updates will be done on all windows servers starting at 4 a.m. and will go until 7 a.m. Services may be interrupted during this time. If you have any questions or concerns please email: support@mnstate.edu.
The campus computer labs will be closing for the Winter Break at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 15th. They will re-open for spring semester at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 5th. The 24-hour computer labs in the Library will remain open during the break.
