Join us for Tech Talk – 25 minute conversations regarding technology and its use in the classroom via WebEx. This week we have two sessions:
Security updates to be made to servers tomorrow
Information Technology will be applying security updates to servers Wednesday, Jan 28th from 5 am until 7 am. There will be slight interruption in services during this time. Please let us know if you have any questions and/or concerns.
IT Helpdesk closed Jan. 17-19
The IT Helpdesk will be closed January 17-19 and will re-open at 7:30 a.m. January 20.
MSUM Faculty/Staff Apple computer update
Last October Apple released OS X 10.10 “Yosemite” via the Mac App Store. As previously communicated, the Information Technology department has been performing tests to confirm the supported services are working as designed. As has been reported by Apple, some devices have experienced issues with wireless connections and email issues.
Updates are being made to servers today
Information Technology will be applying updates to servers Thursday, January 8th. The updates will be done during the work day, but there will be no interruption in services during these updates. If you have any questions please let us know.
