The MSUM IT-Helpdesk and Dragon-Card office hours will be changing. Effective January 15, 2016 they will be as follows:
IT Helpdesk hours
The MSUM IT Helpdesk will be closed over the holiday weekend as follows: Jan 16-18: CLOSED Jan 19: Resume regular hours Regular business hours can be found here.

The IT Helpdesk will be open this weekend as follows: Jan 9: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Jan 10: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Jan 11: Resume regular hours Regular business hours can be found at on the Helpdesk website.

D2L Brightspace upgrade to 10.5.4 on Tuesday, Dec. 29
No new features will be introduced in this upgrade. This small release fixes outstanding bugs and defects. The upgrade will happen between 5:00am-8:00am but will remain available to users.
