Congratulations to National Major of the Year in Health Education: Brittany York, MSUM Congratulations to National Major of the Year in Physical Education: Kyle Krueger, MSUM Kyle Krueger and Brittany York were awarded the National Major of the Year Award at the Nationals SHAPE America Conference held in Minneapolis on Thursday, April 7, 2016.
The Health and Physical Education Department is sponsoring the SHAPE America Central District “The Power of Unity” Conference on Thursday, February 5th – Saturday, February 7th. Over 250 Health and Physical Education professionals will be on campus at MSUM, Nemzek Hall from a 9 state area to attend the conference.
Can’t attend commencement? Watch the ceremony live. Minnesota State University Moorhead will award degrees to 362 students during its fall commencement program Thursday, Dec. 18 at 1 p.m. in the university’s Nemzek Fieldhouse.
An event with experts focused on Women’s Health & Wellness specifically for college students is scheduled on Wednesday, November 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the Dille Center for the Arts, Gaede Stage. The event will include short presentations on topics chosen by MSUM students and a panel discussion where the experts will answer anonymous questions from the audience.
