Chronicle of Higher Ed includes MSUM among colleges with largest undergrad decreases

A story published in the Dec. 9, 2018 edition of the Chronicle of Higher Education includes MSUM in a story about schools with the greatest percentage undergraduate enrollment declines between 2006 and 2016.
