DragonFest is a one day celebration held every year on the campus mall. The festival has opportunities for Student Organizations to recruit new members, faculty and departments to interact with students, and for students to learn about the Moorhead-Fargo community.
Events this week at the Faculty Development Center: • Monday: Two-thirty Tea, planning for a student gathering when Sherman Alexie visits, 2:30 p.m. • Tuesday: Two-thirty Tea, Day 2 of classes, time to eat chocolate, 2:30 p.m. • Wednesday: Two-thirty Tea, Lead Advisor program, 2:30 pm • Thursday: Two-thirty Tea, Suggest topics for future teas, 2:30 p.m.
The Spirit Room has an upcoming MSUM exhibit with the works of Megan Larson, BFA, Printmaking ’13, and Sam Norman, BFA, Ceramics ’13, running Sept. 5-Oct. 11. The reception is Saturday, Sept. 14, from 7-9 p.m. Artist talk at 8 p.m. Free to the public.
